Studio Aachi is a workplace strategy and architecture studio based in London and we work across the UK. We aim to deliver beautiful, sustainable, and functional spaces. The studio works closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and develop strategies based on these insights.

We believe a people focussed approach is better - so we use participatory and inclusive working methodologies, in order to ensure your space helps you better achieve your goals. This approach was developed over several years and takes a holistic view of functional requirements in relation to ethos, identity, and infrastructure.

Aditya Aachi

Architect, BSc, AADipl, PGDip, ARB

I am an architect and educator with a focus on people centred solutions. Prior to setting up Studio Aachi I worked on a range of projects and developed workplace strategies for organisations such as Global Witness, Jaguar Land Rover, and Tata Motors, among others. Having worked at practices such as Grimshaw and Foster+Partners in London and internationally, I went onto work with Cullinan Studio for 6 years, where I was a director and acted as workplace sector lead. I have been lucky enough to be nominated for and won awards for my work, and have presented at industry groups and conferences.

During my training at UCL and the Architectural Association, I was interested in the role of architecture in the Global South. I explored this interest through working with NGO’s and charities on a number of projects, as well as through my role as a tutor at the AA Haiti Visiting School. I continue to work as an educator, heading undergraduate Unit B at Oxford Brookes University, and acting as a visiting critic at the AA.

While working on several projects with socially focussed organisations, I realised I was best placed to affect change by enabling others. This is the driving force behind the Studio.
