Studio Aachi was founded to help impact-driven organisations align their workplaces with their mission and values.

We support clients during key transitions - whether they are developing long-term spatial strategies, adopting new ways of working, relocating, or reconfiguring the office. We support a wide range of mission-led organisations to understand the potential of their workplaces to enable confident and practical decision making.

Our approach is collaborative, light-touch where possible, sustainable, and rooted in care and clarity. We believe space should reflect and support an organisation’s purpose - not get in the way of it.

Aditya Aachi

BSc, AADipl, PGDip, ARB

Having shaped workplace strategies and designs across sectors, I founded Studio Aachi to focus on working with mission-driven and purpose-led organisations. I aim to bridge strategic consultancy and design by bringing complex problem solving, inclusive engagement, and practical delivery to every project.

I am an ARB registered architect with over a decade of experience in the workplace sector. Alongside practice, I’ve taught as an undergraduate studio lead at Oxford Brookes University and continue to lecture and act as a visiting critic at the Architectural Association and other institutions.

While working on several projects with organisations with a social or environmental mandate, I realised I was best placed to affect change by enabling others. This is the driving force behind the Studio.
