Work
Vibrance
2019 - Ongoing
Vibrance have been providing a range of services to adults with a disability for over 30 years.
We are currently working with the charity on the design of their new headquarters.
We aided Vibrance with design, furniture procurement, and site support during the move to their current HQ in 2019. The organisation moved from a desk and office ownership model to a fully agile setup. This move was followed by a report to assess use of real estate across London and the Southeast regions.
Global Justice Now
2023
GJN is a democratic social justice organisation working to create a more just and equal world.
We carried out a feasibility study with GJN to improve utilisation and inform hybrid working strategy in their current building. A staff consultation provided the organisation with key insights into how best to improve access and support diversity in the workplace. The supporting quantitative analysis will aid with their ongoing refurbishment strategy.
Full Fact
2022
Full Fact are the UK's independent fact checking organisation and pioneered automated fact checking.
The organisation required design and move support for their new head quarters, having moved to a "remote first" working model. We designed a space that supports desk use to 50% capacity, while also transforming to host the whole office for an event, or facilitate a number of collaborative group settings.
Global Witness
2016 - 2023
Global Witness are an NGO working to break links between resource exploitation, poverty, and human rights violations.
We have worked closely with Global Witness through two successive office moves of their London HQ over a number of years. The work was informed by a wide ranging and creative engagement, which aimed to cut across all levels of the organisation. The data collected at each stage allowed us to confidently design and fit-out their current space, and manage the transition from a desk ownership model to being fully agile.
BCC
2021
BCC are a church who provide a wide range of outreach and support services to their local community in Bromley.
Acting as a strategic briefing consultant, we assessed the existing operations against organisational aspirations. This complex brief was developed to improve the congregational experience, while also providing spaces to host community services such as a weekly soup kitchen, subsidised nursery, and workspace for operational staff. The information gathered was used to develop a detailed architectural brief for collaborators and lead architects Studio Sutton.
